Everything you need to know about Action Exteriors, from inspections and roofing to storm damage, warranties, and financing.
Ch. 01
You can schedule online through our estimate page, call us directly, or text us. One of our project managers will visit your property, take photos, and walk you through everything, no obligation, no pressure.
Action Exteriors currently operates across 5 states and 9 markets throughout the United States. We're expanding rapidly. If you're nearby, reach out and we'll let you know if we cover your area.
For standard inspections, we typically schedule within 48 hours. For storm damage or emergency situations, we offer next-day response whenever possible.
It helps, but it's not required. We can perform exterior inspections without you present and share a detailed photo report afterward. If interior access is needed (like checking attic decking), we'll coordinate a time.
Ch. 02
Common signs include missing or curling shingles, granules collecting in your gutters, water stains on ceilings, visible sagging, and a roof that's over 20 years old. We provide free inspections to give you an honest, no-pressure assessment.
Most residential roofs are completed in 1–3 days depending on size and complexity. We'll give you a clear timeline upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.
We're a GAF Certified Plus contractor. Meaning we use premium GAF shingles, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation. We also install standing seam and corrugated metal roofing for homeowners who want maximum longevity.
A quality asphalt shingle roof typically lasts 25–30 years. Metal roofing can last 50+ years with minimal maintenance. Material choice, installation quality, and ventilation all play a role, and we get all three right.
Ch. 03
We are here to support you no matter what. We can be available to meet your insurance adjuster on-site, thoroughly document all damage with photos and measurements, and provide a professional repair recommendation so you and your adjuster have a complete picture of what needs to be repaired. If you need someone to advocate for your claim, we're happy to refer you to a licensed public adjuster.
After a major storm, look for dented gutters, cracked or missing shingles, dents on vents or flashing, and bruised siding. Many signs of hail damage are hard to spot from the ground. That's why we recommend a professional inspection.
Ch. 04
We install seamless aluminum gutters custom-fitted to your home on-site. We also offer gutter guards to keep debris out and reduce long-term maintenance.
We install vinyl, fiber cement (James Hardie), and engineered wood siding. Each has different aesthetics, durability, and price points, we'll walk you through the pros and cons for your specific home.
Signs include persistent drafts, condensation between panes, difficulty opening or closing, high energy bills, and visible rot or damage around frames. New windows can reduce energy costs by up to 30%.
In many cases, yes. We carry a wide range of profiles and colors and work with manufacturers to find the closest match. If your siding has been discontinued, we'll present the best alternatives.
