Action Exterior's roots go back to the 1980s, when founder Mike Smola launched Smola Enterprises out of his garage. Inspired by his father Don, a skilled carpenter who spent years building homes, Mike inherited generations of knowledge and a deep respect for quality craftsmanship and customer service.
In 2005, Smola Enterprises evolved into Action Roofing, and with growth came support. Michael's three children, along with close family and friends, joined the effort, helping shape the company into what it is today.
With the help of ResiBrands, we have now rebranded to Action Exteriors. As our family-run business continues to grow across the nation, we are constantly fueled by community, trusted relationships, and a shared legacy. No matter how big or small our team is, one thing has never changed: we deliver top-notch quality with an impeccable reputation.
