Hi, I'm Richelle! I've been part of the Action Exteriors family since 2018, working side by side with my brother Jacob to keep the office running smoothly and the wheels of the business turning. As Operations Manager, I'm deeply involved in every part of the process—whether it's scheduling roofing jobs, overseeing our amazing admin team, tackling year-end accounting, or working closely with Jacob on big-picture decisions that help our company grow.
Before joining Action, I managed the office and bookkeeping for a CPA firm, which gave me a solid foundation in organization, problem-solving, and keeping all the details straight—skills that definitely come in handy when you're the 'keeper of the passwords' and the go-to person for just about everything!
Outside of work, I'm married to Terek (we're celebrating 15 years this year!) and we have four wild and wonderful boys who keep life interesting. I'm a voracious reader, I love spending time outdoors, and I'm the unofficial family travel agent—whether it's planning our next adventure or navigating the latest challenge at work, I love making things happen and keeping everything on track.
