Josh Rumps
Hey, I'm Josh! Before joining Action Exteriors, I spent years working as an insurance adjuster, so I've seen firsthand how the system works—and where it falls short. Over time, I realized the insurance industry was becoming more about cutting costs than truly supporting policyholders, and I wanted to be on the side of the people who actually need help. With my boys getting older and more involved in sports, it also felt like the right time to shift gears, stay closer to home, and put my experience to work in a way that really benefits families like mine.
I've known about Action Exteriors for a long time — buddies of mine have worked here since I first got into adjusting nearly a decade ago. I knew this was a team of people who do things the right way, and I'm proud to now be a part of it. These days, I'm putting my experience to work directly for homeowners, making sure they feel supported and informed every step of the way.
Outside of work, I'm a hands-on guy. I enjoy tackling side projects and repairs, and you'll often find me out hunting or shooting with Bradlee. Most of all, I'm a family man—there's nothing more important to me than spending time with the people I love and being there for them. I'm here to bring that same kind of support and care to every customer I work with.
