I'm Jacob, co-owner of Action Exteriors. From day one, I've been hands-on in building this company from the ground up with my old man. What started as my dad's vision has grown into something I'm incredibly proud of, and I've been lucky to grow it alongside him and the incredible people we've brought in.
When it comes to running a successful roofing business, I've learned that the key is being detail-driven from start to finish. The moment a storm rolls in, we're already in motion—staying ahead of the curve, keeping the pace strong, and making sure our customers feel supported through every phase of the process. Clear, consistent communication is the foundation of everything we do. We focus on setting the right expectations early on and really taking the time to understand what each customer needs through thoughtful, intentional conversations. At the end of the day, it's about more than just roofs—it's about trust, relationships, and delivering a level of service that speaks for itself. I'm truly grateful to work alongside friends and family — building something meaningful together and celebrating the ride every step of the way toward success!
When I'm not out connecting with customers or deep in the roofing hustle, you'll usually find me firing up the smoker for a good old-fashioned cookout, making memories with my four incredible kids, or enjoying a well-deserved night out with my amazing wife. I've also got a soft spot for classic car shows — nothing better than cruising through nostalgia with the family. And any chance I get, you'll catch me soaking up the good life by the lake, out on the river, or chasing waves by the ocean.
