Bradlee Grigsby
I've been with Action Exteriors for about five years now. I really started diving into the work back in 2020, right around the time COVID hit. I was only 17 then, with school moved online, which gave me the chance to step into the field and start working side by side with my dad, Greg Grigsby. I love to do all things outdoors. From hunting, to fishing, to hitting the shooting range, I'm always down for some action!
At first, I focused on repair work—learning the ropes, getting hands-on experience, and soaking up as much knowledge as I could. Over time, I really started to find my groove, and this past year I made the transition into project management and sales. It's been a huge step, but I've loved every part of the challenge. Learning on the go and being able to lean on my dad's experience has been a big part of my growth, and I'm proud of how far I've come.
I'm excited to keep building my path here at Action Exteriors and continuing to deliver great work for our clients. This job has taught me a lot—not just about roofing, but about responsibility, work ethic, and what it means to be part of something bigger than yourself.
